Special Committee Meeting 7th January 2025

Fernwood Central Residents' Association (FCRA) will be holding a Special Committee Meeting on to be held on Tuesday 7th January 2025 at 7:15pm

At Fernwood Village Hall in the Meeting Room

The meeting will consider the Issue of the Rentcharge on the properties within Central Fernwood and also the required wording for a Deed of Variation. It will also determine whether a legal expert should be engaged to propose and improved the wording of the Deed of Variation and agree a budget for this if necessary. It will also agree the document to be sent to FirstPort and Barratt David Wilson Homes.
